6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe).
You are responsible for any currency conversion or transaction fees.
Payment is taken at the point of purchase and access is granted immediately.

7. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee
7.1 Digital Content Waiver
By purchasing a course and accessing content immediately, you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel once access begins, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
7.2 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all course purchases.
You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the course and you have not completed the full course.
7.3 Completion Clause
If you have completed the full course, a refund will not normally be granted. Completion is considered reasonable evidence that the content has been fully accessed and consumed.
We reserve the right to assess refund requests where a significant portion of the course has been completed or where there is evidence of excessive use or misuse.
7.4 Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted to info@agencysales.pro. Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method.
7.5 Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If digital content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Future Memberships & Trials (If Applicable)
Where subscription-based access is introduced, free trials (e.g. 7 days) may be offered.
Billing will begin automatically after the trial unless cancelled.
You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.
No refunds will be issued for active billing periods.

9. Intellectual Property
All content remains the intellectual property of Within Ecommerce Ltd, including course materials, frameworks, templates, and training methodologies.
All rights are protected under UK and international copyright law.

10. Service Availability
We aim to provide continuous access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Access to the course is dependent on third-party platform availability, and we are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party providers.
We may update or modify content, perform maintenance, or improve platform functionality.

11. Acceptable Use
You must not use abusive, offensive, or unlawful language, upload harmful or illegal content, attempt to disrupt the platform, or send spam or unauthorised communications.
Failure to comply may result in account termination without refund.

12. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, revenue increases, or business performance improvements as a result of using the course.
We are not liable for business decisions made from course content, loss of revenue, profits, or opportunities, or any indirect or consequential loss.
